Processing time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on a business day are processed and handed to the carrier the same day. Weekend and holiday orders ship the next business day.

- United States: 5–8 business days
- Canada, UK, EU: 7–12 business days
- Australia, New Zealand: 8–14 business days
- Rest of world: 10–18 business days
Shipping cost
Shipping is 100% free worldwide, no minimum order. Final total at checkout is the final total — no surprise fees.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email within 24 hours of your order shipping. If you haven't received it after 48 hours, please check your spam folder or contact hello@sunkissed.shop.
Customs & duties
For most destinations, duties and taxes are pre-paid by SunKissed. For a small number of countries, local customs may collect a fee on delivery — this is set by your country, not by us, and we'll always disclose it at checkout when applicable.
Lost or delayed packages
If your package hasn't moved in 10+ days or is marked as lost, email us at hello@sunkissed.shop with your order number and we'll send a replacement free of charge.
Wrong address
If you entered the wrong address, contact us within 2 hours of ordering and we'll update it before it ships. Once shipped, we can't reroute the package.
