How to start a return
- Email returns@sunkissed.shop with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll reply within 24 hours with a prepaid return label (US, UK, EU, AU, CA) or shipping instructions for other regions.
- Pack the items securely — original packaging preferred but not required.
- Drop off at your local carrier within 14 days of receiving the label.
Refund timeline
Once we receive your return at our warehouse, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Your bank may take an additional 2–10 business days to post the refund.

Damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, take a photo and email us within 7 days at returns@sunkissed.shop. We'll ship a replacement immediately at no cost — you don't need to return the damaged item.
